Why I Created Radical Alchemy
After years studying architecture, both on paper and through lived experience, I found myself asking a deeper question: why do some spaces feel sacred, while others fall flat? I began to notice that even the most “sustainable” projects , the ones that tick every technical box on a plan or section, can still feel cold, soulless, and disconnected in person. Sustainability is not a stamp. It is a spirit.
A space does not come alive until it is met by the culture, memory, and energy of the people who move through it. I was drawn to the invisible: the atmosphere, the soul, the sacred geometry that lives beyond function. I created Radical Alchemy because I no longer wanted to participate in surface-level design, or greenwashing that consumers can sense instantly. We know when something has soul. We feel it. And I believe design must now move with that intelligence, not just metrics, but resonance.
